Dear user,

This is a short tutorial on how to use nReport. First, make sure you are accessing the correct address. We use this address for individual subscriptions, and for corporate plans, the company name must appear in the address.

Note that we have a support chat available if you face difficulties accessing or logging in.

To login, enter your credentials, such as email and password. If you are an individual subscriber, you will receive your login and password by email after subscribing. In the case of corporate plans, your company manager will provide the necessary information for access.

After logging in, you will find three modalities available: ultrasound, tomography and mammography. We will use ultrasound as an example in this tutorial.

In this interface, we have a side menu that will be explained shortly. Here, you can preview the modalities again if you want to change your choice. In addition, you will find ultrasound and all the exams available in this category.

There are tabs for each type of exam. For example, you can filter the exams of interest using B-MODE or DOPPLER. You can also search for the desired exam in the search bar.

To facilitate access, it is possible to favor the most frequently used exams. After bookmarking them, you can access them quickly.

When starting an exam, you will find a form to fill in the information on the left side and the report generated on the right side. For example, when evaluating a Thyroid Disease, it is possible to modify the dimensions to “Increased” and the outline to “Lobulated”, automatically generating the corresponding text, including the opinion, in the report.

There are also support materials available, such as information on thyroid volumes as a function of height, TIRADS recommendations and tables to clarify doubts.

In addition, volume calculators are available, such as the TIRADS and BIRADS calculator.

If you still have doubts, you can consult the available support materials, such as the TIRADS table. On the left side, you can add information about the patient. It is worth mentioning that this information is not stored in nReport.

After completing the exam, you can copy, print, or retake it. Erasing the form and starting again from scratch.

Regarding the Report Code, it can be used to save the report and check it in the History later. For example, when saving the report (by clicking on Copy - Save), it will be stored. When you return to the nReport home page and access the History, you will find all the reports made, including the last one added. It is possible to add a code to the exam to facilitate its identification in the future and also search for exams by date.

On the side menu, there are several options available, such as Report, which returns to the previous screen, and Settings, which contains important options to customize the nReport experience. Some of the available settings include:

Add technique to exam: Activating this option, a technique field will be added to all reports generated in nReport.

Measurement Conversion: This option automatically converts all measurements from centimeters to millimeters.

Copy formatted text: When selecting this option, the copied text will be formatted. If you prefer to copy text without formatting, disable this function.

Load all exams on login: This option allows all exams to be loaded in the local browser as soon as the user accesses the system. This is useful for working offline or in places with unstable internet connection. It is important to remember that with this option activated, the first access may take longer, as nReport will be downloading all the information.

There is also a new text editor gradually being rolled out. This editor allows you to individually move each paragraph as a block! Changing its position in the text or even deleting the paragraph entirely. Some exams are not yet available in this new editor.

This tutorial covered the main features and functionalities of nReport.
